Bathroom Remodel is more often than not a standard upgrade in homes in the 20th century. A complete gut starts typically with new framing, new insulation, new mold proof sheetrock, new Durarock and sometimes even new sub flooring. All depending on the condition of the existing bathroom. Depending on the clients needs and design criteria we also on occasion move plumbing lines if a hand shower is being installed or if a tub is being removed and being replaced with a walk-in shower.
